WCS is committed to ensuring the health and safety of customers, employees, and interested parties throughout the COVID 19 pandemic. WCS has made the decision to extend its policy to conduct all management system audits in the UK remotely up to the 31st July 2020. WCS will review this decision again nearer the time and communicate its decision.
WCS understands that’s its customers need business continuity within their operation, and this includes maintaining their applicable certification. WCS will work with all clients and do its best to maintain certification through this difficult time.
WCS has now been completing 100% remote audits for more than two months and in general the audits have gone very well. Client feedback has been positive, and assessors have commented that the process works well.
WCS office staff are currently working from home but are available should you have any questions regarding a remote audit. As previously communicated WCS has prepared a guidance document for remote audits.Back to Blog
