ISO 9001

Quality Management - Continually improve with the world’s most recognised quality management system standard.
ISO 9001

What is ISO 9001?

ISO 9001 is an international standard that contains the requirements for an organisation’s Quality Management System (QMS)

The standard follows the standard management system structure defined in Annex SL. The structure includes:

  • Context of the organisation
  • Leadership
  • Planning
  • Support
  • Operation
  • Performance evaluation
  • Improvement

Why should my organisation implement ISO 9001?

Many companies see the introduction of a QMS as a major step forward in controlling and improving their key processes. Others simply react to customer and contractual requirements. A well implemented quality management system should ensure customers requirements are met and process performance improves over time.

Why should my organisation apply for ISO 9001 certification?

Satisfactory assessment of your management system leads to the award of a certificate of registration. The value of a certificate of registration and its credibility depends on the organisation that issues it and the status that the organisation has gained in the market place.

Why choose World Certification Services (WCS) ?

World Certification has achieved UKAS and ANAB Accreditation to provide ISO 9001 certification and that ensures we have the highest of standards. WCS clients can use the UKAS tick and crown and ANAB logos on stationery and marketing material.

WCS use trained and experienced Lead Auditors with the ability to undertake their work impartially and in a friendly manner and provide certification in a wide range of scopes. Oh and just so you know, WCS  is continuously assessed by UKAS and ANAB so you can be sure that our high standards are maintained at all times.

What will it cost?

World Certification Services has always offered affordable certification. We try to be competitive in the market place with sensible day rates and low application fees. The cost of certification varies depending on the size and scope of the QMS. In general the more employees and processes the longer the audit duration and hence a higher cost. WCS does not base its fees on your company turnover. We review the complexity of the organisation and adjust the audit duration / costs accordingly.
