This post is applicable to all WCS clients who are certified to AS 9100.
As you are aware the AS 9100 assessment process is completed using the IAQG OASIS online database . All assessment reports and audit findings are created using this system and WCS upload all audit plans and AS 9100 certificates to this system.
All WCS clients are contractually required to maintain an OASIS administrator.
The IAQG has been working on a new version of the OASIS database for a number of years and WCS has now received notification of the new system launch date.
- The expected launch date is the 17th July 2023.
- On the 30th June 2023 the current version of OASIS will freeze and no data entry will be allowed.
- The old OASIS website will be maintained in read only access.
- Certification and assessment history will be migrated across to the new system.
For all WCS clients, now is the time to ensure you (and your team) have the tools needed to become familiar with the new platform.
At this time WCS believe that all OASIS users will need to register for the new system and the old systems credential will not be migrated across.
