WCS is pleased to announce that it has successfully transitioned to the new ISO 17021-1:2015 standard and has been awarded its four year re accreditation certificate.
It has been an extremely busy year for WCS with a total of 4 transitions being completed. Not only has WCS transitioned to the new ISO 17021-1:2105 but also it has also been awarded accreditation to provide certification in the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 22001 schemes.
As 2016 draws to a close WCS is already planning the next transition, AS 9100C to AS 9100D is well underway and WCS looks forward to ISO 45001 being released in late 2017. Plenty of work to be planned and changes to its systems must be controlled.
All ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:20004 certified clients should now be planning their transition to the new standard. Remember the following could be considered:
- Do you have a copy of the new standard?
- Do you require training?
- Do you require a gap analysis?
- Have you considered the timescales for transition?
- Remember ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 are no longer valid after the 14th September 2018.
Please contact WCS to get your transition booked in and if you would like further information on possible training or gap analysis costs please don’t hesitate to contact your local office.
