Clients are reminded that non-conformances raised during initial assessments, re-assessments and routine surveillance visits need the submission of a corrective plan within the timescales agreed with the auditor.
Following this, evidence of satisfactory corrective action has to be provided. Failure to comply with this requirement can lead to delays in certification or, in the case of existing customers, suspension of registration.
For Minor NCR’s a corrective action plan must be submitted to WCS within 21 working days.
For Major NCR’s a correcive action plan must be submitted within 10 working days.
If you have any problems/concerns or require further guidance please contact the Liverpool HQ office.
